where can i get the APN information?

i have ipad2, and i cannot connect to the net using my 3G, where can i get the APN information? please help?

iPad 2, iOS 5.1.1

Every Carrier around the world has different APN Settings so the best place it to actually ask your Carrier what the settings are.
