Issue uploading podcast

I recently set up a podcast, hosting it on a bought domain through wordpress. I've gone through feedburner and set up my RSS feed (which when validated and tested, was successful)

However, when I come to submit it onto iTunes I keep getting this error message:

"We could not complete your iTunes Store request. An unknown error occurred (11111).

There was an error in the iTunes Store. Please try again later."

This has been happening for the last two days each time I submit it. Is anyone having similar issues?

There have been several complaints of this nature and it looks as if something odd is going on at the sever. Try submitting it at this URL instead:

https://buy.itunes.apple.com/WebObjects/MZFinance.woa/wa/publishPodcast

I am having the same problem trying to submit this feed:

http://www.bleachernation.com/feed/podcast

I keep getting a generic error like the one described in the opening post (but I do not get the 11111 part - no number at all). I tried the link you posted for submitting, but I get the same error there even before I have a chance to submit the feed. In other words, all I did was click on your link, iTunes tried to access the store for a little while, and then error.

Is this an Apple problem? Any advice?

I'm havign the same issue. Clicked the provided link and it did not work for me. Ace and I seem to have the same issue.

Rob Walch has been in contact with Apple and they have confirmed that there is a problem at the Store and that they are working on it. Try again tomorrow and cross your fingers that they've fixed it.

i formate my phone after that when i try to download my apps on my phone and itunes its showing "could not purchase an unknown error occurred (11111)"

I am still having this problem... Has anybody got an update on the current situation? I sent an email to iTunes support, and they just said they were trying to fix an issue, but this was weeks ago.

All I can tell you is that your feed appears to be OK: it can be subscribed to successfully in iTunes from the 'Advanced' menu. There's no way of knowing what's going on behind the scenes, but it can take several weeks for a podcast to be accepted.
