How to Sync Mac Address Book with Windows XP Address Book ?

Hi all.

After many years only on Mac, now I have to deal with a PC with Windozs XP.

My question is, How do I sync the Mac Address Book (Mountain Lion) with the XP Address Book both in the same LAN ?
