So when I connect my bluetooth headset and stream music, I put the phone in my pocket, which is fine until I start walking and it starts cutting out. Any ideas on how to fix this??

You body is probably blocking your BT signal. Try moving your phone to another pocket or moving the BT receiver on your headphones.
When walking with the iphone 4s in my pocket and streaming music via a bluetooth headset it keeps cutting out, any help?
