I bought a Mac Mini refurbished on Ebay... How do I set up a new Admin User and Password??

Do you have the current PW or the 10.6 Install Disc?

It is simple if you also received the Install Disc that originally came with the Mac Mini. You just insert the Install Disc, erase the Macintosh HD, re-install the OS X and away you go.

Ok it didn't come the a disc unfortunately but the Model is Vin,Mac Mini (early 2006) and the Operating system is OS X 10.6 Snow Leopard...Thanks for your help!

Starts up like the first time you buy a new Mac, but after filling in all that info again, you should have access to the computer and the other Users & files will still be there... give the new User a different name than an existing one.
