need Some Itunes Homesharing help

First off I don't own an ipad. i used homesharing to tranfers some movies from my itunes account to my dads itunes so he could watch them on his ipad and the next time he plugged in his ipad to his itunes to add some stuff to his ipad an "authorize Prompt" with my itunes ID showed up. he tried to cancel and the prompt will not go away. will this wipe the stuff he added through itunes on the ipad? also how do i get that prompt to go away without removing the movies he selected from his Itunes account?
