I have the latest Itunes software version 10.6.3 but when I go to podcasts and try to play video, it tells me that my version does not support quicktime. Help! I have tried updating it but it does not seem to work.

Try relaunching iTunes in 32-bit mode first, as per the instructions in the following document:
iTunes for Mac: Older media files may require iTunes to reopen in 32-bit mode
But what if I don't even have the option to get info in iTunes...I can't click on it??? I subscribe to podcasts in iTunes or play them.
