Did you buy the album using the same account as you are currently logged in as (if you look at your purchase history do they appear), and/or were they bought from that version of the album (e.g. the album hasn't been removed and a different version of it added to the store) ?
If you are sure that they were bought on that account and it's the same album then you can try contacting iTunes support and see if they can confirm and/or it : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page
