Hi, im trying to setup a new Exchange email account with my works server. I had it working before but did a factory restore at the weekend and im now in the process of returning it to how I use it.
I follow all the usual steps of inputing the server, password, user account, turm SSL off etc but dont have access to the SMTP or port details. These arent showing in my menu options. What am I doing wrong?

Thanks, I'll take a look tomorrow when I get to work.
But I used to be able to do get a connection direct from the phone without using ancillary programs and I've always had the most current version of iOS so whats changed? Why cant I access the smtp settings etc direct from the phone?
You can add the Exchange server port by putting a colon and then port number after the server name, like exchangeserver.com:9000.
With some accounts, like a POP or IMAP account, You can also change Outgoing Mail Server settings from Settings>Mail, Contacts, Calendars>account>Advanced.
