No iCal default sound after Mountain Lion

Prior to upgrading to Mountain Lion, my iCal new event default setting was 15 minutes before WITH sound.

Now, under ML, the default is set as 15 minutes before event with NO SOUND. I have searche iCal prefs, iCloud prefs (iCal syncs with iCloud but no other services eg. Google, Yahoo).

I really a need sound alert as default, I'm tired of editing every event I create.
