ive tried all the apple help tips and stuff on this website but my ipod wont connect with itunes anymore.
it said i had to restore my ipod and then it just doesnt show up. it shows up in my computer when i plug it in. and it shows up on my brothers computer but not mine.
i would appreciate help, if i cant fix it this is the last apple product i ever purchase.

Does the iPod appear in Device manager when you have it plugged in?
iPod: Does not appear in Windows or iTunes and Device Manager is empty
Are any other USB devices connect to your Windows machine when you also have your Nano plugged in?

it shows up in device manager and in wondows but not itunes. every other itunes restores it and puts music on it but then i plug it into mine and my itunes says it needs to be restored and after that itunes wont recodnise the device.
Do you have any other USB devices connected to your PC when you plug in your Nano? If so, remove them all (minus the keyboard and mouse if applicable) and reboot your PC. Then plug your Nano in again to a USB port located directly on the PC and see if it is properly recognized and able to be restored. There maybe a device driver conflict somewhere or the USB bus is overloaded trying to handle too many devices.
