Cant' create remote access to Iomega Home Network Media HD

Hello,

I am struggling to enable remote access connection to my Home network hard drive, namely Iomega Home NMD Cloud Edition. It is connected to an Airport Express and uses Airport Utlity 6.0

- when trying to setup port forwarding on the AX, it indicates tha tthe IP range conflicts with the router network settings.

- when testing the connection from my hard drive home page from the web browser, it indicates a router error and specify an external IP address (which looks logical to me as port forwarding from the router to the HD is not set).

Has anyone tips to configure the access? I am struggling with setting up the port forwarding on the AX (in Airport Utility 6.0, tab "network"). I set to DHCP and NAT mode and not sure which are the difference between UDP and TCP nor how to define the IP range.

If it rings the bell to anyone, tht would be of great help 🙂
