I have just bought a macbook pro and want to see all my photos, music, apps etc from my other devises through icloud. It says i have 4 authorised devises (the macbook pro being the 4th) but, in managed devises it says i have 3. Any thoughts on how i change this.

Devices that have automatic downloads turned on will show up here. All device types will show up, i.e. windows, mac and iOS.
If you read the description of Managed Devices it says, " These computers and devices are associated with your Apple ID for Automatic downloads or to previously purchased music, apps, and books."
Computers count as a managed devices but do not show up under Managed devices.
This is only for iOS devices.

Do you have a previous computer these were all sync'd with ?
If so, copy the entire /Musci/iTunes/ folderfrom old computer to /Music/ on new computer.
Also, copy all the contacts, photos and calendars from old computerto new computer.
How do i then enable all my apps etc. to download onto my macbook? Any ideas most appreciated.

Or connect the device, select it in iTunes and File > Transfer purchases.
