How do I get pages documents to share between a PC and an IPad?

I have read the instructions for both the IPad and the PC cloud installation and the document sharing portion. I did everything that the apple website said to do but my documents aren't sharing. Everything is up to date: itunes, pages. How do i get the documents to share between my two devices?

iPad, Windows 7, pages not sharing with icloud.com
