Can't transfer my apps checkbox is greyed

Why is the checkbox is greyed under the Apps menu in Itune. When my Iphone is selected and that I want to transfer all my apps, or organise them in the Itune Wondow everything is lock and the sync action does not transfert the apps.

Any clue ?
