I submitted a batch using 'The Computer Plus', it's been working fine (apart from the long times), until this morning I noticed that the remaining segments are all waiting. Nothing's changed so I'm unsure why this has happened.
(Even if I scroll down, all the segments are waiting)

I haven't heard of this particular hang result and couldn't find anything on it in support docs or from a general search.
Is this the only source file that produces this sort of behavior…what happens if you give it a shorter file?
If it's not file-specific, run Compressor Repair (including trashing preferences) and repair permissions in Disk Utility.

I had the same problem when looking for this problem. I'm not sure I would like to quit the job after getting so far, particularly on the second job. Would quitting any particular proces force a restart of the incomplete segments possibly?
My partner put my iMac to sleep last night, this morning after turning it back on it began to work, but then my iMac restarted itself. So I'm going to trash the preferences and repair Compressor.
