No image on my brand new Thunderbolt 27" Display
I just purchased the TB 27 inch to work with my brand new MacBook Pro 15" and my MacBook Air (model mid 2012). I get no image on the TB display. Apple profile says under TB: "No devices connected"
I'm running Mountain Lion on both laptops.
Did anyone experience a similar situation?
Do I need to update any firmware or so?
pls help.
