Using lion server software, why do I keep getting permissions popup when using adobe photoshop?

Using lion server software, why do I keep getting a permissions popup when using adobe photoshop? It pops up every 10 seconds on all of my workstation computers (1st gen intel iMacs running snow leopard) as the students use PS. They have been given permissions via Workgroup Manager for all of the CS5 bundle, but the pop up keeps saying they don't have permission to use CS5. When they click ok they can still use it, but it continues to pop up every few seconds, leading to insanity.
