There is no "none" option for payment type options?

I made a id on this web site and i went onto itunes and tryed to sign in and it said i need to review my account information so i did.. i went over everything up untill i reached payment options and ive looked it up and people say there should be a "none" option for the credit cards..but there is no "none" option there for me to choose... so now what? 😠 😟 oh and im on a windows not a apple computer

As I understand it you can only create an account without a credit/debit card if you follow exactly the steps described in the article:


HT2534: Creating an iTunes Store, App Store, iBookstore, and Mac App Store account without a credit card


as you create a new AppleID.


If you have already created the AppleID that you want to use, and iTunes is requesting a payment card, then you need to attach a credit/debit card to the account in order to prove that you are resident in the country whose store you are trying to use. Once that has been established you can visit your account page in iTunes and set the payment method to None.
