iPad Safari maps get current location

HI folks.

Just wondering how I get my current location on my iPad, using Safari. I want to stay away from Google, as I have heard Apple is providing their own mapping system.

Does anybody have any code for that? IT is to specifically run on an iPad. I am guessing it doesn't need the cell radio in it.

Any help appreciated.

Cheers

Geolocation is a native html 5 function, in navigator.geolocation. If you also need to use maps, you can use any mapping API you want.
