can't transfer photos from ipod to my computer....ipod doesn't show any informtion in pc just shows information regarding capacity...

I'm not late, I found the guide shows you how to transfer and copy camera recorded videos and photos from iPod Touch to computer. Follow that guide step by step, you will learn the iPod Touch camara roll files transferring.

I suggest you connect your iPod on another computer to transfer photos from iPod to computer. Or look for help from apple: https://getsupport.apple.com/Issues.action

I know this is very late but you can get a application called iExplorer on both Mac and PC and you can automatically sync all of your songs/photos from your iDevice straight to Computer/iTunes.
