iMac wakes itself up in the middle of the night?

My iMac wakes itself up anywhere from 2am-6am almost every night (from sleep or from being shut down). This started happening just recently and I don't know what I did to make it happen... No applications are ever running and the "wake for internet access" option is turned off.
