when i am playing real racing 2 and other games the dock does not dissapear disturbing my game how can i disable this setting

its very annoying when i play gaes and it dosent go away and it gets in my way it ruins the whole game
Go to System Preferences > Dock and click "automatically hide and show the dock".
Control-click the Dock's divider line and enable hiding. If that's not the setting you want, check the settings inside the games.
