I have gotten it to work with my girlfriend before but now it doesn't.
I have an iPhone 4S and she has an iPhone 4.
We are both on Wi-Fi.
It works between her and another girl who is at my same location on the same network.
I called and don't think I should have to pay $30 to get help with a feature that was an important reason why I bought the product.

So your FaceTime isn't working. Is there anything you could add to help us know what process you are using and what exactly isn't working? Are you getting an error message, is the recipient not picking up?

Not sure what you mean by process. But I call them, it rings a few times, and when they try to answer it just says "Call Failed".
