I'd like to use my old Digi002 with Logic9. I just bought Logic 9 and I'd like to not have to buy a new audio interface. I bailed on ProTools. Any info would be appreciated.

It depends on the OS you are running. But if ProTools still runs on your current OS I can't think of any reason why any Logic version whouldn't.

You need to download the core audio drivers for your 002. They're not installed by default in a PT installation. I don't know if Avid issued one for ML. Maybe the Lion one will work. As for software, you'll need a software that brings the mercy of the Gods to you in order for it to work well. The best of luck to you. Digi interfaces work very well with PT, for any other DAW, that't another story....

I had a big noise coming out of my 002 when I tired to use it with Logic Pro 10.0.7
(using 002/003 driver 10.3.3)
I downloaded the Avid 002 003 family driver 11.0
Now Logic works fine as does Pro Tools 10.3
