iMac w/ 10.8.1 crashing every time I wake it up...not running AirDisplay

Hi all,

I'm getting the grey screen crash everytime I wake the computer up. I send the reports to apple and while I don't understand most of it, I do see the words "kernel panic".

I did a search and found a few people had issues with:

a) wifi

b) airdisplay

I'm not using wifi (connected via ethernet) and I have never installed air display.

This is really really annoying. Anyone have any other ideas?
