i purchased a promo within an app and have not received it yet

hey!! did anyone purchase Smurfberries with the promo yesterday and not get their berries? i tried to purchase the first offer of $4.99 but it did not go through. then the only one offered to me was the $12.99 one , so I bought it. I was charged for BOTH and have not received my Smurfberries yet!! how do I report a problem?
