Q: Mi PC no reconoce mi ipod shuffle de 3º generación.

Mi PC no reconoce mi ipod shuffle de 3º generación.No me aparece en ningun sitio, ni en itunes. He comprabado el cable de conexión y esta bien. He conecatado en diferentes USBs y no lo reconoce. Que puedo hacer? El ipod reproduce perfectamente por los auriculares.

    Have you checked to make sure the connections on each end (with the end going into the Shuffle and the other end in the USB port) to make sure they are nice and snug?

     

    What happens if you try and reset the Shuffle with it still connected to your PC?

    Has this Shuffle ever been able to sync with this PC or is this the first time you are trying to connect it?  I assume you are running the latest version of iTunes?
