    Is this what you mean...

    Automatic Downloads...

    http://support.apple.com/kb/ht4539

    Settings > Store > Automatic Downloads > Music/Apps > Off

If new apps that you buy/download on one device are automatically being downloaded on the other then you can turn off automatic downloads on the device (automatic downloads). If they are being synced to the device when you connect it to your computer's iTunes then you can control what goes onto it via the device's Apps tab when connected to your computer's iTunes : connect it to your computer and select it on the left-hand side of your computer's iTunes, and on the Apps tab on the right-hand side make sure that the 'automatically sync new apps' tickbox underneath the list of apps is unticked.

Hi , if u donot want to share ur apps u shud logout ur account on ani 1 device... The sharing of apps is caused due to iCloud software.. If ur account is not logged out in both ur devices it wil download in both ur devices.. So u shud logout ur account in ani one of ur device!

No. It is NOT necessary to logout of one of the devices. If Automatic downloads is turned off, purchases will not automatically download to other devices, as others have pointed out.

I would only add that these forums being worldwide, posts apparently using English should more resemble actual English. I was born and raised in London, and took a while to interpret this post.  'u', 'ur', 'shud' are not words recognisable by people for whom English is a second language.  Textspeak is not required here, one can express oneself using as many characters as desired.
