    Hi,

I had this problem and the fix was simple for me. Change the country / region from your country to the USA (if you live in the USA change the region to the United Kingdom) and then look at a specific app (i.e. go to more than just the main page on the mac app store), once you have done this change the region back to your actual country, this will then force the Mac App Store to get you to sign back in. This should then fix the problem.

Wow, this worked!  Thanks a lot.  Changed country, viewed an app or two, changed country back and signed in and it works perfect with my main account!

I was finally able to fix this.  there was a small upgrade to my router that needed to be done.

After upgrading all my networking devices (WAP, Router) it was able to work.

    thanks for all the suggestions.

After trying four other solutions only the following worked for me. Thanks!

..  this is definately an issue with pushing the request for the End User to accept new changes in Apples' T&C's via OSX. The fix is: Open AppStore, select 'Store' and then 'Signout'. Then select 'Store' but select 'Create Account.', then 'Continue' and tick 'I've Read ...' this will give you the opportunity to 'Accept' the T&C's - 'Cancel' the new registration and log back in with your orignial Apple I.D.

The T&C trick worked for me after trying most of the other solutions.

I try mohd hatta's suggestion below and it works for me now.

"navigate to Library/Preferences/SystemConfiguration and then delete NetworkInterfaces.plist

then restart ur mac, setting ur network and sign in app store"

This is the one that worked for me!!! Thank You!!

I tried many of the other "fixes", but none worked.  Most of the other fixes were geared around changing settings in the account and then logging off. What was odd with my situation was that I couldn't log in to log off!

This was the only fix that was painless, and didnt take gobbs of time to try. I wish Apple would start a sticky with all of the successful fixes that have worked for their users instead of leaving us to search endlessly for the answers. I felt like I was back in Microslosh world again. There was a reason I left that mess, and I really hope I never have to relive those nightmares again....... OK APPLE?!?!?!

OMG! I feel like crying right now!!!

I am not able to log in to my App Store since last year....I spent so many hours trying to fix it over and over again. I've tried many options from different discussions or threads but it just messed up my iMac more.

Today i tried again by deleting the  "NetworkInterfaces.plist" from Preference and emptying my Trash then restart computer. Log in to App Store again and BOOM! I am in!

    Thank you so much!

Try this: go to Settings and choose "iTunes & App Store." Click on your Apple ID and choose "Sign Out." Then sign back in.

Thanks to everyone that left input... regrettably, none of the suggestions were able to help me. I performed a clean install with the Installation Disk that came with my 2011 MacBook Pro. It installed 10.6.7, which I then upgraded to 10.6.8 using the Software Update. I was not able to connect to the App Store or iTunes before or after the update. All I'm getting is "One Moment Please. Connecting to the iTunes Store." And it just keeps "Loading..."

I have even tried connecting while using someone else's network, but am having the same results. I've been at this for a couple of hours now. I'm hoping someone that had the same problem will be able to offer a fix soon. I would really like to be able to install Mountain Lion.

Note: I was able to download and install OS X 10.7 prior to doing the clean install, and before having problems with connecting to the iTunes store. I lost the Recovery HD upon doing the clean install. Maybe if I can somehow get 10.7 back on this computer without the need of the App Store, I would be able to connect again? Can I even get 10.7 again without the App Store?

    Thanks in advance.

    It just happens to me.

I'm not able to download apps via AppStore.

I'm able to login on Apple using my AppleID and password but not to download apps, always saying "Unknwon Error".

    Why?
