just installed fonts.. dragged fonts to HD/Libray/Fonts/
I just rebooted machine, Photoshop still not reading the newly-installed fonts..
font is Gotham, for example:
GothamRnd-Bold.otf
now inside "Gotham" folder is another folder, "Gotham HTF", it contains some other fonts, with no extension, for example:
GothaHTFBla
dragged everything into HD/Libray/Fonts/
why are these fonts not being read by Photoshop? how complicated can this be?

also installed by opening font file (each font file...) and clicking on "install font"...
rebooted again.. fonts still not being read by Photoshop....

PS: I see fonts in MS Word but not Photoshop... :-(
it looks like opening a font file and clicking "install" doesn't install fonts.. (???)
so I quit Photoshop, copied ONE font to HD/Libray/Fonts/
GothamRnd-Book.otf
but when open PS file that contains this font, and click on text layer that has that font, get alert that GothamRnd-Book.otf is missing...
????
this is getting very tedious...
would appreciate suggestions...

PS: now I copied all fonts again to HD/Libray/Fonts/.....
I can see fonts in FontBook App (some of them twice), why can't Photoshop find them??
