I need to look at some photos on a website but it says I need flash player. Is there an app I can use?

Actually there ARE some apps available that you can use to view Flash websites, videos, and play games that require Flash. I've done a little googling and so far the top 2 that I've seen are "Photon Flash Video" and "iSwifter"...you can even get iSwifter for a free 7 day trial version to see if you like it! I need to watch lectures for school on my iPad but they're in flash so I thought I was out of luck but I tried the iSwifter and they work perfectly! So as far as the other responders.....clearly they don't understand how to use Google.

(: Goodluck!

Actually, it is a perfectly legitimate comment and suggestion, and Philly was well within his rights to post it. None of the solutions mentioned here are without drawbacks and using a computer capable of running the Flash browser plugin is reasonable option.

Except I purchased the iPad so I could use it on the occasions when my iBook G4 is told by some website that it is too out of date to navigate some of the newer web features. I'm pleased to hear that there is a Flash option for iPad, and am more than a bit worn out from flip advice to "use my computer" or, worse, join the throwaway wasteful consumer oriented world and toss a great laptop that is still serving 98% of my home computing needs.
