Memory Module Message

Not sure if im posting this in the correct category... But heres my problem, everytime i switch my mac on since upgrading my memory to 10GB it always gives me this message....

It never did this before, does anyone know why this is happening now and how i can prevent it?

Its a 2009 Mac pro
