The pros and cons of buying refurbished ipad

Could someone tell me the real "Pros/Cons" of buying a Refurbished Apple iPad tablet? I broke my wrist 😟 and hope the tablet or ipad would be easier to use for my online use and email? I will have to learn how to use the touch pad but my netbook is hard to hold and type on? I really would appreciate the best advice. Is it wasting money for a refirbished? I only need the 16BG. and the new 3rd generation fkr the new screen. If this highly rated sceen as good as claims?

Please help.

Thanks,

Sunny:)

Pros - cheaper that a "new" unit.

Cons - none, in my opinion, other than it's just not "new", and the model you want may not always be available as a refurb.

As to whether it would work with your wrist problem, I'd suggest going to an Apple Store or dealer and trying one out for yourself, if at all possible.

As to the Retina Display, in my opinion it is indeed as good as claimed.
