Why won't siri respond to me?

I use Siri daily during the work day and as soon as I leave work Siri won't respond. I have called apple and I can't get the help I need!!!

Reset Siri in Settings>General>Siri. Also be sure to turn your phone on and off occasionally.

This happens every time you leave? Do you have a strong signal?

It could also just be Siri's servers are busy during the rush hour.

To reset it would you have to just turn it off and then back on?

Yes and I have changed the wifi in my house because of this.
