Are you using the latest Flash Upodate?
Did you use the Flash un-installer before installing?
You should first uninstall any previous version of Flash Player, using the uninstaller from here (make sure you use the correct one!):

See in each Browser which version of Flash it thinks it has...

Then Test Adobe Shockwave & Flash Players...

Oct 31, 2012 4:47 PM in response to xImJAxby skalarocks,I am getting the same error messages with "plug-in container".
I have been streaming BBC TV happily until recently. Now it's impossible most of the time due to freezing, corrupt display and similar problems to those reported in another AVF error thread: "severe lagginess, audio-only playback, corrupt display of old video memory"
But the error messages are the same as mentioned in this thread.
I have streamed other TV channels with no problems - it seems to be a BBC only problem. Same problem in Safari and Firefox.
I uninstalled and reinstalled Flash and Shockwave due to the suggestion here but this made no difference. All software up to date.
There seem to be a few threads with AVF error mentioned – but apparently no solutions.
Any ideas???
