we could not complete your itunes store request

iTunes Match gets stuck "sending information to Apple.." then give the error "we could not complete your itunes store request. I tried reinstalling iTunes; logging out and into iTunes and iTunes luck.  Any other ideas?

iPad 2, Windows 7, iPad 3 too
