When connecting mini display port adapter to tv does it have sound. I have a 2007 macbook 10.4.11 version. Please help thank you.

I doubt that early of one supports sound to HDMI, the iMacs of that vintage do not.

Are you sure it has a Mini Display port at all??? Or Mini DVI/Micro DVI?

how do i know if my mac has a mini displayport?...
