Thank you for all the details. I called the number you provided. The apple agent actually verify all my system info and serial number to make sure my machine can run Snow Leopard before he took my order. He also advice me for memory upgrade and do proper back up before the installation. I felt that the Apple people are well trained and took extra care to not let me walk in the wrong direction. The software is $19.99 + tax.
I also check out your amazon link, the same software is selling at $80+. I wonder what that come with for the extra $60.
