Q: MacBook Pro Retina trackpad

I got a MacBook Pro retina last thursday and i notice some issue so far, (it has a metal clang noise but its ok, i dont mind) https://discussions.apple.com/message/18923368#18923368#18923368

the trackpad thou gets stuck/erratic sometimes, It works fine most of the time, it has the latest software installed (It came with Mountain Lion already), I have only used it so far for less than 10 hours, but this problems has occured already around 3 - 4 times, and it last around 30 seconds each time (no need to restart), i cant stand it thou. I already looked online but didnt find any similar problems with 10.8.1,

the only information that i found is this http://support.apple.com/kb/TS4297 but i think it doesnt apply to me.

You may have to take the MBP to the store you bought it from.
You can either return or exchange the MBP within 14 days of purchase.
Mac comes with free tech support for 90 days from the date of purchase.

i think i will wait for the 10.8.2 update to see if it helps, i dont think is a hardware problem.
if the problem doesnt go away i would then return it.

I have a similar problem with the trackpad. It scrolls down the pages fine, but when scrolling up it hesitates or doesn't move at all about 10% of the time. I have the new retina and mountain lion. Tried the link for the new update, but it will not update. Anyone else having this problem?

This may solve the problem:
try pressing the upper corners of your trackpad. It seems the upper corners are under pressure and need to be released.
