Why can't I listen to my Italian radio stations anymore?

Until I updated my laptop and my iTunes app, I had dozens of Italian radio stations stored, which I used to listen to from time to time. Now, none of them work! Why is this?

It surely can't be copyright problems, because I can buy (and have bought) apps for them for my iPhone, and many of them are internet (web) radio stations and thus available to everyone. Is this a bug, or something I need to change in settings or something?
