Final Cut Studio 3, need help.

I want to sell my FCS 3, and I deleted it off my computer. I want to make sure that it's deactivated or something just so when the buyer goes to put it on his computer, he won't have any problems installing it and getting the serial number to work. Also if there is a registration that he could do. I just want to make sure it's like new for him when he goes to install it. Is there anything I have to do? Any help would be appreciated, thank you!
