ipad backgrounds and photos in negative

just updated to version 5.1.1

when turning on ipad, all the photos and backgrounds are reversed into negative (as in negative of photos)

everything else seems to be ok

iPad, iOS 5.1.1

Try going to Settings>General>Accessibility and if White on Black is on turn it off.
