When tap event, just get details,
Can't delete event

I am having this problem also, but just on my ipad. Any help to get rid of these entries?

For the last 2 days, I have been having the same problem. I cannot edit ical events on my iphone, specifically those who habe been sync-ed to & from my MacOS (under Mountain lion 10.8) Calendar.
I have reset my sync history on the Mac (running the reset.pl script), but to no effect.
Please help.
MY ipad2 is linked to my iPhone. I can edit/delete events IF only 1 event exists. If 2 or more exist, I cannot edit or delete because the 'floating panel' does not appear when you tap the event title.
I Got the answer from another thread........ Double click on the event title!!!!!!!!
