Q: I have purchased 2 songs threw my iPhone and the will not download it keeps saying error!! How do I go about gett a refund

I have purchased two songs that will not download I  it keep telling me its unable to download! I have paid for these songs how do I get a refund? And how do I earse the two songs that won't down load
