Just a guess -- "View➞Show Focus Points"? For many cameras, this is not supported. I don't know where in the matadata it is stored.

Just for clarification : It´s not about showing the focus point. It is about the focus point adjustment, which you can finetune at the camera and this data is in the NIKON software VIEWNX 2 submitted, but not registered in APERTURE, or better I did not find it.
It is a very valid information in combination with the display of the focus point.

Sorry -- I don't know what "focus point adjustment" is. My _guess_ is that this is in the proprietary "Makers" section of the EXIF, which Aperture does not decode (but which the programs supplied with cameras do). Let me emphasize, though, that I'm just guessing.

with the D800 you can adjust your focus if detecting a back or front focus. And this adjustment setup should be transfered with the meta datas of the foto. This is managed with the NIKON Software, but with Aperture I have
not found it
