Sep 2, 2012 9:12 AM in response to Anrymby Diavonex,Close the Mail app in the Task Bar and re-launch.
Double-click the Home button to reveal Task Bar. Hold Mail app down for a second or two; tap the minus sign to close app.
If it still doesn't work, try a reset.
Hold the Sleep and Home button down (together) for about 10 seconds until you see the Apple logo. Ignore the red slider.

Sep 2, 2012 10:41 AM in response to Diavonexby Anrym,Thanks, your suggestion had already been done at Apple Store but did not work, a reset did not work either.
What to do?

Sep 2, 2012 10:56 AM in response to Anrymby Demo,You said that the suggestions didn't work at the Apple Store. If you had told us what you had already tried, it wouldn't be necessary for us to suggest things that you already did.
If Apple couldn't figure it out - what did they tell you?

Sep 3, 2012 8:34 AM in response to Demoby Anrym,I was told to restore the settings but do a backup first, I do not have a convenient computer for backing up at the moment but another iPad user told me that only Mail is locked out and not necessary to delete all. So, any ideas to unlock mail?
Thank you
