how do you open an autorun.exe?
I have a CD of a MRI. I would like to open the images on my MAC, but the images are accessed thru an autorun.exe file. Any thoughts on opening this without using a pc?

That's a Windows file, it will not run on OSX, try browsing the content of the CD for pictures, you may be able to see them using Preview
