There is an foreign application on my account

There is a foreign application on my account, that was bought not from my account. I really don't get it. It pops up in the mac app store that it's ready to be updated but it was bought from an email adress I don't know. I'm attaching a photo. anyway, how do I get rid of it? obviously I don't recognize the email adress and i don't know the password but it pops up in my account When i log in, so seriously no idea what to do.

The Apple Support Communities are an international user to user technical support forum. As a man from Mexico, Spanish is my native tongue. I do not speak English very well, however, I do write in English with the aid of the Mac OS X spelling and grammar checks. I also live in a culture perhaps very very different from your own. When offering advice in the ASC, my comments are not meant to be anything more than helpful and certainly not to be taken as insults.

Do a search in this Mac App Store forum about pirated apps. You see this becasue you likely have one.
