ipad cannot connect cellular data

I am not able to connect to netflixx when i turn on my ipad cellular data, what seems to be the issue? according to verizon's website I should have 4g at the address. and constantly have issues. I pay for cellular and Netflixx and neither can be used, any help would be appreciated, thank you
